Dr. Mojisola Cardozo was appointed to the Board of Directors of First Insurance Brokers Limited on July 21, 2025, as an Independent Non-Executive Director. She brings to the Board, her expertise in innovative strategies, resource optimisation and performance management.

She is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of MedPlus Rx Inc., Houston Texas, United States since 2010, where she coordinates and oversees operational activities and provides a strategic and visionary approach to the growth and expansion of the business. Within the same period, she has been serving as the Administrator for the Attitude Respect & Manners Learning Centre, Houston Texas.

She has also served as the District Staff Pharmacist in charge at Kroger, Texas, United States and has been the CFO and owner of Eddymatt Properties Inc., Rosharon, Texas United States since 2006.

Dr Cardozo is a graduate of Zoology from Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos, Nigeria and holds a Ph.D. (Pharm.D.) in Pharmacy, from Texas Southern University, Houston, Tx, United State and she is also a cum laude graduate. A registered Pharmacist with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
