She currently serves as the Head of People, Culture and Corporate Services at First Insurance Brokers Limited, where she provides strategic leadership in shaping the organization’s people agenda, driving a high-performance culture, and aligning human capital initiatives with overall business objectives. In this role, she oversees critical functions to ensurie operational excellence and sustainable workforce effectiveness.
Prior to her current role, Wuraola built a strong track record at The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry and African Circle Pollution Management Limited, where she contributed significantly to strengthening HR frameworks and supporting organizational growth through structured people strategies.
She holds globally recognized professional certifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), and the HR Certification Institute (HRCi), reflecting her commitment to maintaining world-class HR standards and practices.
