Peter Offiong is a seasoned insurance executive with nearly two decades of dynamic experience in the Nigerian insurance sector. Before joining First Insurance Brokers Limited, he served as Assistant General Manager at Scib Nigeria & Co. Ltd.

Peter is a recognised leader driving insurance transformation in Nigeria. As a speaker, author, mentor, and expert on emerging risks, he elevates the profession. He served on the Governing Council of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and contributed to key industry initiatives.

Peter is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (FIIN) and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (FCIB), and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA). He holds an MSc in Finance from Lead City University and a BSc in Business Management from the University of Calabar. Peter has completed executive education at institutions such as London Business School, University of London, IBM, and the Brightline Initiative.
